I was a little worried about that new mattress smell, but it was barely there, barely noticeable. We opened it up and left it by the window for a few hours, then slept on it that same night. No headaches, no strong chemical smell, no weird odor. Really, really happy about that.

The support team was genuinely helpful and friendly, which I really appreciated! The only thing is that the reply took a little longer than I was hoping for, but overall I had a good experience.

I unboxed my Tuft & Needle mattress and was surprised at how quickly it started puffing up. I figured the corners might take forever or stay a little flat, but by later that evening everything looked even and normal.

There was a bit of that new-mattress smell at first, which I think is fair to mention, but it faded quickly. I slept on it that same night and had no problems at all.
